2.2 One Account Per Person
Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 97jl platform. A "person" is identified by, without limitation: national ID number, passport number, mobile phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, and verified payment method. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. The withdrawal destination must be in the name of and controlled by the registered account holder — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. 97jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above defined thresholds.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 97jl reserves the right to request proof of source of funds from any player and to delay or decline withdrawal processing pending review. 4.5 Currency
All transactions on 97jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 97jl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign currency fees applied by a player's bank or e-wallet provider.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 97jl platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes.
